Victorian Silver & Gold Hunting or Hare Coursing Brooch Wedding Bands The reverse shows a lockA fascinating silver brooch measuring 40mm x 24mm with light etching depicting the scene of two dogs, possibly lurchers, chasing after a rabbit. The scene is enhanced by the subtle use of light gold overlay in places. The brooch has a hinge pin and 'C' catch and has a registration mark on the back which tells us the date it was registered 6th October 1880. Weight 10g.
