CYPRESS PINCUSHION | Grey biodegradable Check out Cohana's Story forI am a charming, compact pincushion inspired by a nut in the forest. My fragrant wooden base is carved by hand with hinoki cypress sourced from the Kii Mountains south of Osaka. My lovely fabric makes use of Banshu ori cloth remnants in order to minimise waste. This famous traditional Japanese textile is distinguished by a natural texture, rich colours, and a soft touch. Pins slide easily through my cloth and will happily hang out in my rust resistant
