So a traditional Vietnamese Prawn salad with Nuoc Cham dressing, vegetable Summer rolls, Pho noodle bowl, and delicious Pork spring rolls with a peanut sauce and a delicious Lemon Grass chicken dish. You will be working mostly independently on this class but will share a hob and some equipment with another attendee. We eat dinner at the end of this class so come hungry! This class
