Over one hundred year old vines of Torrontes, locally called Torontel, with some Semllion trained as bush vines and always dry farmed without pesticides. Fermented with native yeasts with skin contact until full dryness (2 to 3 weeks maceration in total). Bottled without filtering, naturally hazy with sediment. Nothing added except a tiny degree of sulfites at bottling.
