This tiny family winery is dedicated to the rare Sumoll grape, which is native to Peneds. This dry ros is a blend of mostly Sumoll with about a third Macabeu, both from 100 year old vines. Two days on the skins are followed by aging in beeswax lined amphora. A savory, earthy ros to pair with xat salad.
