That '70s Show : You never see anyone actually smoke marijuana, but it is implied during those "circle talk" scenes where the characters are in the basement of Eric's house, there's white smoke everywhere, and the characters are acting very ditzy and out of it (and, in some of the later episodes, Tommy Chong's character is there, so that's an obvious sign that they're smoking weed)
